The Club meets every Friday Night during the summer season at Caringbah Leisure Centre which is located at 9 Jacaranda Road Caringbah.

Club Championship Night 2 was unfortunately cancelled due to the weather. We will reshedule those events into the next 2 Championship Nights ( Jan 31 and Feb 21 2025) Check the Calendar for events.
Make sure you enter via Swim Central by Thursday night (8pm)
Club nights start at 6:30pm and include Freestyle, Formstrokes and Individual Medley races or 200m/400m freestyle races.
Handicap family relays are also held at various times during the season.
The details of Club nights can be viewed through the 2024/25 season programme.
If you’re serious about your swimming and are keen on carnivals and competition, or if you just want to make a splash and have some fun, we are the Club for you.

Congratulations to Zaiden and Cate who swam at the NSW Open Water Championships!
Huge Congratulations to Zaiden, swimming a 5minute personal best time in the 5km achieving the National time and placing 11th, awesome swimming!
Congratulations to Cate on her first Open Water Swim in the 2.5km, way to go!

In the Last Week we had a small but mighty team of Solomon, Beau, Kane and Ethan competed at the NSW Senior State Age Champs! Congratulations to all swimmers for their performance, coming away with personal bests and National times! There were trips to SOPAC morning and afternoon each day, Thanks Coach Dan for being there for our swimmers! Results: Solomon 🥇200m Freestyle, 5th 100m Back, 5th 100m Fly, 6th 100m Free, 7th 200m amazing swimming! Beau - 4th 800m Free, 4th 1500m free, 8th 400m Free, 11th 200m Free, 22nd 100m Free, awesome swimming! Kane - 4th 200m Breaststroke and 9th 50m Breaststroke, terrific swimming!
